because who wants customers?

I don't understand small business owners who don't answer their e-mail, especially when their main market is people in their mid-20s to early 30s (i.e. usually not phone oriented). I might still end up giving them money, because they are close to the only game in town, but if you can't take two minutes to answer a "is there space in your saturday class" e-mail (that I sent 5 days ago) just take your damn e-mail address off your site.
