thanks, puyallup.

"MayThe4th" Geek Craft Market ended up being a good little show, which I needed as much emotionally as financially at this point. Constantly wondering "is it me? is it the economy? Is it the display? Is it the show?" is wearing, and while that wondering isn't really going to stop, at least it will be a little quieter until the next show.  I went in to this one with no expectations -- brand new show, small booth size, and I've never showed in Puyallup before, either, and it turned out solid.

I sold out of my "i need space" pins. Because the venn diagram of "geeky" and "introvert" has a LOT of overlap.

Next is Oddmall June 1 and 2, which is a long running show that was decent and then bombed out for multiple reasons and I'm giving a try again because .. well, there aren't a lot of indoor summer shows, and I've been hearing some decent rumblings from customers.  It's out at the Evergreen Fairgrounds like the show I did in April, but will hopefully not be as cold, rainy, and empty as that was.

And now that I am home, and did the books, and brought my stock in, I am finally allowed to watch this week's episode of Project Runway. This entry was originally posted at Please comment there using OpenID.
